UltraTech Cement and India Cements have signed agreements to procure 29.7 MW of captive wind power from Fourth Partner Energy’s project in Karur, Tamil Nadu, while also acquiring a 26.47% stake in the SPV FPEL Services for ₹22.869 crore. UltraTech will source 15.7 MW, and India Cements will procure 14 MW for their Tamil Nadu operations.
