Turkey's Ministry of Energy allocated 800 MW of photovoltaic (PV) capacity in the YEKA GES-2024 tender, with 67 companies submitting 146 proposals. Six projects were selected, ranging from 40 MW to 385 MW, to sell power at $0.0325/kWh for 20 years. A minimum of 75% of the panels used must be produced in Turkey.
