Trina Solar has unveiled a 907 W n-type TOPCon-perovskite tandem solar module with a 29.2% full-panel efficiency certified by TÜV SÜD in Germany. Designed for mass production, the module combines silicon and perovskite layers to capture a wider solar spectrum and improve energy output. It uses advanced coating, encapsulation, and tunneling technologies for enhanced performance and durability.
