TotalEnergies' subsidiary TE H2 has submitted an environmental impact assessment for its $16 billion green hydrogen and ammonia project in southern Chile. The facility, expected to be operational by 2030, will include wind turbines, electrolysers, a desalination plant, and a port terminal to support large-scale green ammonia production.
