Global Lithium Resources has agreed to a nearly A$333 million ($237 million) takeover by Titan Australia Mining, a local unit of UAE-based Titan Lithium Group. Under the deal, Titan will pay A$1.15 per share, valuing Global Lithium’s Western Australian lithium assets and Manna project. The acquisition will provide Titan access to Australian lithium resources, supporting its battery-materials strategy.
