Greek Renewables firm Terna Energy SA, majority owned by Masdar, announced plans for a 130 MW Solar PV Plant near Vratitsa, Bulgaria, 28 km from Burgas. Set to begin operations by end 2026, the project covers design, procurement, and construction, including a new 33/110 kV substation to connect to the grid.
