TCL Zhonghuan has agreed to acquire majority control of DAS Solar in a CNY 1.258 billion ($182.7 million) deal. The transaction includes both equity purchase and a CNY 1 billion capital injection, raising TCL Zhonghuan’s stake to 59.14% with 66.34% voting control. Additional voting rights will be transferred from founder Liu Yong and affiliated entities.
