Suzlon Secures Maiden 105 MW S175 Wind Turbine Order from Sunsure Energy Partnership

Suzlon has secured its first 105 MW order for the newly launched S175 (5 MW) wind turbine from Sunsure Energy. The project includes the supply, erection, commissioning, and maintenance of 21 wind turbine generators at Bijapur, Karnataka. The order, received less than two weeks after the turbine’s launch, increases Suzlon’s cumulative orders from Sunsure Energy to 400.
