Siemens Mobility is set to deliver hydrogen-powered trains to the Südostbayernbahn railway network in Bavaria, Germany, by late 2026. The three two-car Mireo Plus H trains will replace diesel trains on the non-electrified Mühldorf–Tüßling–Burghausen route, significantly reducing CO2 emissions, noise, and exhaust pollution.
