Spain’s Miteco has allocated €524 million ($598 million) to five Green Hydrogen projects across Andalusia, Aragon, Asturias, the Basque Country, and Murcia. These projects will add 425MW of electrolysis capacity, producing up to 55,200 tonnes of green hydrogen annually. Part of the EU’s IPCEI Hy2Use, funding comes from Spain’s Recovery, Transformation, and Resilience Plan.
