Sona Comstar has formed a joint venture with Jinnaite Machinery, investing $12 million for a 60% stake to enter China’s EV market. The JV will start operations in late FY 2026, manufacturing driveline systems for automotive OEMs globally. Sona Comstar, a leading EV differential supplier, will leverage Jinnaite’s advanced foundry capabilities.
