Solarworld Energy Solutions raised Rs 110 crore in a pre-IPO placement from investors, including ValueQuest Investment Advisors, reducing its IPO’s fresh issue size to Rs 440 crore from Rs 550 crore. The company allotted 31.24 lakh shares at Rs 352.05 each. Funds will support its 1.2 GW Solar PV manufacturing facility in Madhya Pradesh and other corporate needs.
