Serentica Renewables signs PPA with Sanathan Polycot for RTC Power

Serentica Renewables has signed a long-term PPA with Sanathan Polycot to supply 32 MW of hybrid, round-the-clock renewable power to its Punjab facility. A special purpose vehicle has been formed with shared equity participation. The agreement marks Serentica’s entry into the textile sector, ensuring stable power supply, lowering emissions, and providing long-term cost visibility while supporting industrial adoption of sustainable energy solutions.
