The Sembcorp industries received the LOA of 150 MW solar PVs along with BESS of 300MWh. The project consists of 2GW of solar 4GWh of BESS. The BESS projects will provide power for 4 hours with the period of 25 years. The project will be operational in 24 months with the signing of PPA. This will increase the gross capacity up to 6 GW in BESS in India.
