Solar Energy Corporation of India Limited has introduced India’s first Contract for Difference (CfD) based renewable tender for 500 MW under Ministry of New and Renewable Energy guidelines. The scheme ensures 1,500 MWh peak supply through ISTS-connected projects, using a 12-year Contract for Difference mechanism with a ₹6.
