SECI has issued a draft RfS under the SIGHT Scheme to develop 5,00,000 MT/year Green Methanol capacity in India. Bidders must quote 50,000–2,50,000 MT annually and sign 10-year GMPAs, with 3-year incentives. SECI acts as intermediary procurer. Projects can be set up anywhere in India with full responsibility on developers for land, approvals, production, storage, and delivery.
