Saudi Arabia's Public Investment Fund is investing $550 million in Lucid Group through its subsidiary Ayar Third Investment Company via convertible preferred stock. Additionally, Uber is committing $200 million and plans to purchase at least 35,000 vehicles. The combined investments aim to strengthen Lucid’s financial position and support expansion of its robotaxi fleet and future mobility initiatives.
