Saatvik Green Energy set a price band of ₹442–₹465 for its ₹900-crore IPO, opening from September 19–23, 2025. The offer includes a ₹700-crore fresh issue and ₹200-crore OFS by promoters. Proceeds will fund a 4 GW solar module plant in Odisha, debt repayment, and general corporate purposes.
