Saatvik Green Energy, through its subsidiary Saatvik Cleantech EPC, will acquire a 49% stake in Intelligent Hydel Solutions for ₹1.31 crore. This marks Saatvik’s entry into the IPP segment with a 41 MW PPA-backed solar project in Maharashtra. The acquisition complements its existing 4.8 GW module manufacturing and EPC operations, supporting its transition toward a fully integrated renewable energy platform and a diversified, PPA-backed clean energy portfolio.
