RWE has more than doubled its renewable capacity under construction in Italy to 235 MW with the start of 123 MW of new wind, solar, and Agri-PV projects in 2026. Combined with 112 MW started in 2025, these projects will supply electricity to over 190,000 households. Construction includes onshore wind farms in Sardinia and Apulia, solar parks in Campania, and four Agri-PV plants across southern Italy.
