The Romanian Ministry of Energy has launched a second CfD round to procure 2,000 MW of Onshore Wind Power and 1,472 MW of Solar Power. Bidders must submit technical and financial offers, including proposed capacity, commissioning date, and strike price (€80/MWh max for wind, €73/MWh for solar).
