Romania has initiated its first hydrogen production plant project in Cluj-Napoca. The facility, expected to be operational within two years, will produce green hydrogen through electrolysis. The project, coordinated by Professor Bogdan Varga from the Technical University of Cluj-Napoca, aims to support the city's public transport and district heating systems.
