Rezolv Energy Secures €331M for Wind Expansion in Romania

Rezolv Energy has secured €331 million to fund Phase 2 of its 461MW Vifor Wind farm in Romania. Backed by Actis and key lenders like Erste Group and EBRD, the second phase adds 42 turbines and will be operational by Q4 2027. Phase 1, with 192MW, is due by spring 2026. Vifor will become Romania’s largest wind farm in a decade.
