ReNew Energy Global announced the sale of its 300 MW Solar Power asset, ReNew Sun Waves Pvt Ltd (RSWPL), to Anzen India Energy Yield Plus Trust for approximately $193 million (₹1,640 crore). The transaction, subject to conditions, includes an enterprise value of $176 million and a potential $17 million earn-out.
