Raptee, a 2-Wheeler EV startup, is set to open a manufacturing unit in Chennai by 2023. This facility will cover an area of 3 acres and on an investment of Rs 85 crore having a production capacity of 1 lakh vehicles/year. Additionally, the company has secured a Rs 3.27 crore grant from the Automotive Research Association of India under the AMTIF program, facilitated by the MoHI, in 2023.
