Quality Power Electrical Equipments Ltd has signed a term sheet to acquire 100% of Winwin Speciality Insulators Ltd (WSIL) for an enterprise value of about ₹315 crore. The acquisition, expected to close within three months subject to approvals, will strengthen Quality Power’s position in the power transmission equipment sector.
