Principia, a Greek renewables firm owned by Enel and Macquarie-managed funds, is acquiring four operating wind farms totaling 150 MW from Spain’s EDPR for over €200 million. These assets operate under 20-year Contracts for Difference (CfDs). With this acquisition, Principia’s total renewable capacity in Greece will rise to 727 MW.
