President Ilham Aliyev inaugurated one of Azerbaijan’s largest battery energy storage projects, part of a 250 MW/500 MWh program by AzerEnergy. The Absheron and Agdash BESS facilities will enhance grid stability, provide frequency regulation, black start capability, and support renewable integration.
