Power Grid Corporation of India commissioned Transmission Scheme for integration of Renewable Energy Zone Phase-II in Koppal-II and Gadag-II Karnataka on October 23, 2026, receiving DOCO same day. Project was entrusted to POWERGRID Koppal Gadag Transmission Ltd, wholly owned subsidiary, which amalgamated with POWERGRID Khavda II-C Transmission Ltd effective March 1, 2026 per MCA order January 27, 2026.
