India sets an ambitious target of 500GW Renewable energy till 2030. The proper deployment of Renewable energy involves proper deployment of energy storage in the facility. As of December 2024, India had 4.86 GW of ESS capacity, comprising 4.75 GW from PSPs and 0.11 GW from BESS.
