India’s semiconductor ambitions accelerate as Prime Minister Narendra Modi will inaugurate Kaynes Semicon’s OSAT facility in Sanand, Gujarat, on 31st March. Approved under the India Semiconductor Mission with a ₹3,300 crore investment, the unit will focus on chip packaging and testing, producing around 60 lakh chips daily.
