Patria Investments has sold its 100% stake in the operational 360MW Puerta de Oro solar PV project in Colombia to energy company Isagen. Located in Cundinamarca, the project began commercial operations earlier in 2026 and features more than 511,000 solar modules across nearly 530 hectares. The transaction marks the first divestment from Patria Infrastructure V, a Latin America-focused infrastructure fund.
