OX2 has submitted the environmental impact statement (EIA) for the 2400MW Halla Offshore Wind Farm in Finland's economic zone. Located in the Gulf of Bothnia, the project includes up to 160 turbines, producing 12TWh annually. The EIA covers various project aspects, including hydrogen production and transmission.
