Oriana Power Ltd has secured a Letter of Award from Karnataka Power Transmission Corporation Limited to develop a 50 MW/100 MWh Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) at Shahapur Taluk Yadagir substation. The ₹212.31 crore project will operate under the Build-Own-Operate model for 12 years and be completed within 15 months of signing the BESPA.
