State-run ONGC acquired PTC Energy (PEL) for ₹925 crore, expanding its Renewable Energy portfolio. ONGC Green (OGL) now owns PEL’s 288.8 MW wind assets across Andhra Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh, and Karnataka. This marks ONGC’s third green energy deal this year, aligning with its goal of achieving 10 GW of Renewable capacity by 2030 and net zero by 2038.
