Omega Seiki Mobility (OSM) has partnerships with Magnis Energy subsidiary named as iM3Ny to manufacture Li-ion battery packs in India. In this joint venture, OSM holds a significant stake of 74%, while iM3Ny holds the remaining 26% stake. The main objective of this JV is to cater growing demand for Li-ion Battery packs in electric 2W,3W, and 4W in India, UAE, Bahrain, Kuwait, Qatar, & Saudi Arabia.
