Octopus Energy has acquired French agrivoltaics developer OX2 France from OX2 AB, aiming to invest over €1 billion in French clean energy by 2025. OX2 France has 21 agriPV projects totaling 450MW across various regions. This acquisition, through Octopus’ Sky fund, marks its first investment in a French developer.
