Ocean Winds has secured an Electricity Business Licence (EBL) for its 1125 MW Hanbando Offshore Wind Project in South Korea. The permit grants exclusive development rights and reserves grid capacity. Located 120km off Incheon, the project will power a million homes and support South Korea’s goal of 125.
