NTPC Limited’s subsidiary THDC India Limited has commissioned the fourth 250 MW unit of the 1,000 MW Tehri Pumped Storage Project, achieving commercial operations from April 12, 2026. With this, NTPC Group’s total installed capacity has risen to 89,378 MW. THDC’s capacity now stands at 3,907 MW.
