NTPC Green Energy’s shares rose after its subsidiary, NTPC Renewable Energy, commissioned 270 MW under the 1,200 MW Khavda-II solar PV project in Gujarat. The newly operational third tranche began commercial operations on March 11, 2026. With this addition, NTPC Green Energy’s total installed capacity increased from 9,292.
