NTPC Commissions 176 MW Ramagundam Solar Project, Expands Renewable Energy Capacity Across India

NTPC has commissioned the final 41.6 MW phase of its 176 MW Solar PV Project at Ramagundam, Telangana, making the entire project commercially operational from June 30, 2026. The project was completed in three phases, with 100 MW commissioned in May 2 and 34.4 MW on May 29. Following the commissioning, NTPC Group's total installed power generation capacity has reached 90,899 MW, while its commercial operating capacity stands at 89,819 MW, strengthening its renewable energy portfolio and clean energy expansion strategy.
