A memorandum between CIS Liepaja and Vindr Latvia aims to explore long-term renewable power supply for a major green hydrogen facility planned in Liepaja. The project, backed by Latvian and Norwegian stakeholders, targets 150,000 tons of annual hydrogen output by 2030 with €550 million investment and significant exports to Europe.
