Independent Power producer NOA Group has reached financial close on a 349 MW Solar PV Project in South Africa, part of a 506 MW single-asset facility in Welkom, Free State. Expected to be completed by late 2026, the project includes Energy Storage to address grid challenges. NOA acquired the Khauta South plant from Pure New Energy in 2024, with power distributed via Eskom to companies like Redefine Properties.
