NLC India Ltd has formed two Joint Ventures with Rajasthan Rajya Vidyut Utpadan Nigam Ltd (RRVUNL) to enhance Power capacity. One JV will focus on Renewable Energy Projects, while the other will develop a lignite-based Thermal Power Station. NLCIL aims to increase its Renewable Capacity from 1.4 GW to 6 GW by 2030, with IPO funds supporting this expansion.
