NLC India Renewables Limited has incorporated its 51:49 joint venture with Odisha Renewable Energy Development Agency, named NIRL OREDA RENEWABLES LIMITED, receiving Certificate of Incorporation on August 31, 2026. The JV board will have five directors, three from NIRL and two from OREDA. It will develop 1,000 MW green energy projects in Odisha in first phase, including 250 MW wind and 225 MW floating solar.
