NGEL has invited a bid for an EPC to develop 250MW/1000MWh battery Energy storage system at Kayankulam in Kerala. The last date of bid is till 3 June 2025. The bidder must also gather specific information from the project owners to prepare installation & implement plans & ensure the BESS is rated for AC discharge capacity at the point of inflection or metering.
