Maharashtra Electricity Regulatory Commission (MERC) approved procurement of 2,269 MW distributed solar power under MSKVY 2.0 for MSEDCL. The approval allows execution of long-term PPAs with selected bidders across 257 substations. Discovered tariffs range from ₹2.24/kWh to ₹2.90/kWh, with a weighted average tariff of ₹2.
