This week, Megha Engineering (MEIL) announced it has signed Power Purchase Agreements with Bangalore Electricity Supply Co. Ltd. (BESCOM) to supply 618.1 MW of Solar Energy in Karnataka. The company will build 76 Solar Power Plants in RESCO mode under the PM-KUSUM C scheme, which aims to Solarize agricultural pumps, promoting clean energy and supporting farmers in the agricultural sector.
