KPI Green Energy has received a Letter of Award (LOA) from Coal India for Developing a 300 MWAC Solar PV plant in Khavda, Gujarat. The company will also handle the project's 5-year Operation and Maintenance. This project supports KPI’s goal of reaching 10 GW of Renewable Energy capacity by 2030. Coal India, majority-owned by the Indian government, specializes in coal mining.
