Kinetic Green intends to sell 10-15% of its shares, to raise $100 million

The Kinetic Group's e-mobility venture, Kinetic Green Energy and Power Solutions is seeking to fund up to $100 million by offering investors a 10-15% share in the business. The company intends to raise the funds in two installments, with the first of $50 million expected to conclude this year. If this venture is successful, it will represent the Kinetic Group's first external investment.
